School-Based Child & Adolescent Clinicians

_ River Valley Counseling Center is currently hiring Child and Adolescent clinicians for our school-based therapy programs. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who would like to specialize in providing outpatient services to children and adolescents in a collaborative school environment. Job
Responsibilities:
To conduct clinical evaluations of children and adolescents
To provide outpatient treatment at school for clients with a range of mental health needs including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and others.
To regularly consult with parents/guardians regarding ways to support their child's healing and growth.
To collaborate with schools and agencies who are providing care or services for the client or family/caregivers.
To be knowledgeable of the client and families developmental needs and facilitate family meetings and groups as needed
To accurately and promptly document services according to established RVCC and regulatory standards including client records and referral forms for other internal programs, agencies & or facilities
To summarize findings and treatment plans in accordance with RVCC procedures
To participate in client care and interdisciplinary team conferences
To develop and maintain working knowledge of community services
To coordinate any necessary outreach, advocacy, or case consultation appropriate to meet the needs of the clients and their families
To prepare for and participate in regular supervisions
To be knowledgeable about and comply with applicable regulations including DMH, DPH, Medicaid and third party billing
To be accountable for learning and collaborate with supervisor in regard to training opportunities
To maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information is maintained at all times
Job Requirements:
Education Level - Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology or social work
Years of Experience - 2 years preferred, however, new grads are welcome to apply!
Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention skills, organization skills, attention to detail, computer skills, good customer relation skills, knowledge of legal & ethical issues pertaining to their profession
Licensing - LMHC, LCSW or LICSW in the state of MA preferred
Pay:
RVCC offers two types of pay structures for our clinicians!
Our Fee For Service Structure allows our part-time & full time clinicians to create their own schedule allowing amazing flexibility while also earning paid sick time!
Our School-Based Salary Plus structure offers a base salary for full time clinicians with the opportunity to earn extra money while receiving amazing time off benefits! School based clinicians work a school year schedule with paid time off being when ever schools are closed including holidays and vacations! Clinicians under this structure also accrue personal and sick time.
Hiring Bonus:
Up to $2,500 for Master Level, Unlicensed Clinicians
Up to $3,500 for LCSW
Up to $4,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist)
An additional bonus for Bilingual Clinicians - Up to $2,000
Up to $10,000 retention payments offered to licensed & licensed eligible clinicians at signing and at one year of employment
Relocation assistance available for clinicians looking to relocate from Puerto Rico to MA!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
