This position is a hybrid half housing coordinator and half employment specialist position.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience in both fields.
As a housing coordinator the ideal candidate will work with various housing authorities and section 8, subsidy vendors while developing relationships with landlords and rental companies and supporting persons served in moves.
As an employment specialist the ideal candidate will work with area employers to develop employment opportunities for the people we serve, support persons once they've been successfully employed, support persons served pre-employment training and job readiness assessment.
This position is evenly split between both housing coordination and employment specialist positions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
